A pre-press takes most of the oil out mechanically before the seed reaches solvent extraction. That cuts the extraction capacity a plant needs for a given tonnage, and the cake it leaves still holds the structure the solvent has to work through.

Every Pre-Press Machine (Expeller) is built to your plant’s throughput at our Pithampur works in India and exported to solvent extraction plants and oil mills abroad — 22+ countries across five continents to date. Capacity, drive rating, your supply voltage and frequency, and the interfaces to the machines either side of it are all settled before fabrication starts.

  • Maintains cake structure for solvent extraction
  • Continuous operation design for high throughput

Applications

  • Pre-pressing before solvent extraction
  • Soybean and sunflower oil processing
  • Rapeseed and canola operations

Export Supply and Shipping

  • Shipping: Containerised in sub-assemblies where the machine’s envelope allows, otherwise flat rack or break bulk; FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, or CIF your port.
  • Electrics to destination: Motors, gearboxes and panel built for your supply — 380, 400, 415 or 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz — and CE marked where required.
  • Packing: Product-contact surfaces cleaned and wrapped, machined faces preserved against sea air, and everything crated on ISPM-15 heat-treated timber.
  • Erection support: General arrangement, foundation and utility drawings at order; a commissioning engineer can be deputed to run the machine in on your own feedstock.
  • Documents and payment: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material test certificates and bill of lading; quoted in US dollars.

Frequently Asked Questions

What capacity range do your pre-press machines cover?

Lines from 50 to 500 TPD, in screw press and hydraulic press configurations.

How much oil does the pre-press remove?

The pre-press extracts 60-70% of the available oil mechanically, leaving 12-18% residual oil in the cake for the solvent extraction stage — the standard approach for high-oil seeds where direct solvent extraction alone is inefficient.

Is the pre-press (expeller) customised to my requirement?

Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.

Can you export the Pre-Press Machine (Expeller) and support the erection at our plant?

Yes. We have supplied oil seed processing equipment to buyers in 22+ countries across five continents. The machine is containerised in sub-assemblies where its envelope allows, and a commissioning engineer can be deputed to erect it and run it in on your own feedstock.
