Heat exchange for solvent extraction plants, in two forms: fin tube radiators for air and space heating, where extended surface does the work, and shell-and-tube exchangers for higher-pressure process duty.

Every Steam Radiator & Heat Exchanger is made to order at our Pithampur works in India and exported either as a spare for a machine already running or as a bought-out item for your own build. Working pressure, connections and mounting are made to your drawing, and the unit is tested and its report issued before it is packed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What temperature and pressure ratings are available?

Operating temperatures up to 200°C, with shell & tube units pressure-rated from 3 to 10+ bar, in stainless or carbon steel.

Do you supply fin tube radiators or shell & tube exchangers?

Both. Fin tube radiators suit air-heating duties; shell & tube exchangers suit liquid and steam duties. Each unit is configured to your plant’s heat-recovery requirement.

Is the steam radiator customised to my requirement?

Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.

Can you export a Steam Radiator & Heat Exchanger quickly when a machine is down?

Yes. A unit of this size can go by air courier when a line is stopped, or be consolidated into a sea shipment with the rest of your order when it is not. It is built to your drawing, or worked back from a sample sent to us, and pressure tested before despatch.
