Hydraulic baling presses compress loose scrap — steel, aluminum, copper, stainless — into dense bales that are cheaper to store and cheaper to freight.

Every Hydraulic Baling Press is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works in India and exported to plants in 22+ countries across five continents. Capacity, control scheme and the voltage and frequency of your own supply are fixed before fabrication, and the machine is trial run at the works — under your inspector’s witness if you ask for it — before it is packed for sea.

Export Supply and Shipping

  • Shipping: Containerised where the machine’s envelope allows, otherwise flat rack, open top or break bulk; FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, or CIF your port.
  • Electrics to destination: Motors, drives and control panel built for your supply — 380, 400, 415 or 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz — and CE marked where required.
  • Packing: Sub-assemblies crated on ISPM-15 heat-treated timber, machined faces preserved against sea air, and hydraulic circuits drained and blanked.
  • Erection support: Foundation and utility drawings issued at order; a commissioning engineer can be deputed to your plant, or erection supervised remotely.
  • Documents and payment: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material test certificates and bill of lading; quoted in US dollars.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the pressing force and bale size of your baling presses?

Pressing forces from 100 to 400 ton producing bales from 400×400 to 800×800 mm, with cycle times of 60-150 seconds.

What control levels are available?

Manual, semi-automatic, and full PLC operation, driven by 15-75 kW motors. Higher automation suits continuous scrap streams; manual control suits batch compaction.

Is the hydraulic baling press customised to my requirement?

Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.

Do you export the Hydraulic Baling Press, and will it run on our supply voltage?

Yes on both counts. We have shipped to buyers in 22+ countries across five continents, and motors, drives and the control panel are built for your own supply — 380, 400, 415 or 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz. The machine is trial run at our works before packing, under your inspector’s witness if you ask for it.
