Plate levelers take the flatness defects and the locked-in stresses out of plate and sheet by bending it alternately over a series of rolls, so it comes out flat and stays flat once it is cut.

Every Plate Leveler is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works in India and exported to plants in 22+ countries across five continents. Capacity, control scheme and the voltage and frequency of your own supply are fixed before fabrication, and the machine is trial run at the works — under your inspector’s witness if you ask for it — before it is packed for sea.

Frequently Asked Questions

What plate range can your levelers process?

Thickness from 0.13 to 152 mm and widths up to 3658 mm, with leveling force up to 7,600 ton in the heaviest configurations.

What roll configurations are available?

The standard configuration is a 19-roll leveler; custom roll counts and arrangements are engineered to your material mix and flatness tolerance. Control is manual or PLC.

Is the plate leveler customised to my requirement?

Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.

Do you export the Plate Leveler, and will it run on our supply voltage?

Yes on both counts. We have shipped to buyers in 22+ countries across five continents, and motors, drives and the control panel are built for your own supply — 380, 400, 415 or 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz. The machine is trial run at our works before packing, under your inspector’s witness if you ask for it.
